Class Policy Registration for classes at Quilted Strait can be done online, in person, by sending a check in the mail or you may call the shop at (360)930-8145 with your credit card number. We will send you a supply list to you in the mail and your place in the class will be held as soon as we have received your payment for the class.
Class Refund Policy
Class fees are normally refundable up to 5 days before the class is scheduled. )There are some exceptions for larger classes, the exceptions are listed in the class descriptions.) After the five days there are no refunds, sorry there are no exceptions to this policy. If the class does not meet minimum enrollment 5 days before the class is scheduled then you will be notified and we will send you a full refund.
In order that you and the other participants may get the most benefit from the class and have the teacher's undivided attention, we ask that you please leave guests, children and pets at home. If you need to bring your cell phone to class, please use your manner mode and we have an area outside the classroom that you can use to conduct your phone conversations if you need to do so. We have a refrigerator and microwave for your convenience, bottled water and the makings for a variety of hot drinks are available and the cookie jar is always full!
