Destination Based Sales Tax for Washington State Customers
Effective July 1, 2008, we must charge sales tax based on the sales tax rate of the address we are shipping to.  Your final bill will reflect a change in the sales tax rate if the shipping address rate is different than the default rate of 8.4%

Shipping Policy - Rates effective May 12, 2008

In most cases we ship within 24 hours of receipt of the order.

Continental United States

Orders less than $56.00 -shipping will be $5.70
Orders between $56.01 and $75.00 -shipping will be $10.80

Orders will be shipped United States Postal Service, Priority Mail.

Orders to Canada

Orders to Canada are charged the actual postage rates for International Postal Service, Priority Mail.  We use flat rate containters to save shipping costs. Priority mail is 6 - 10 days for delivery.

Up to 6 yards of fabric will fit in a flat rate envelope - shipping will be $9.95
More than six yards will be shipped either in two flat rate envelopes or a flat rate box, whichever is less expensive.  A flat rate box to Canada is $23.95

International orders other than Canada

International orders other than Canada are charged the actual postage rates for International Postal Service, Priority Mail. We use flat rate containers to save shipping costs.

Up to six yards of fabric will fit in an International flat rate envelope, shipping  is $11.95 for a flat rate envelope. More than six yards will be shipped either in two flat rate envelopes or a flat rate box, whichever is less expensive.  An International flat rate box is $38.95 - shipping time varies according to destination.

Returns Policy

We pride ourselves on our customer service and check our orders before shipping, however we will gladly refund or replace any incorrect or defective item.  Please inspect your order upon receipt, as returns MUST be received within 30 days of the shipping date of your order.

Incorrect or Defective Items

If we have made a mistake in your order, or if you receive a defective item, we will gladly issue to you a full refund upon verification of the defect or mistake.  If we ask you to return the item to us we will refund that shipping charge also.

Changed Your Mind?

If you receive something and decide you don't want it after all you may return it and we will credit you for the cost of the item (shipping not included), provided that you return it in the same condition in which you received it (fabric must NOT be washed or cut, packaged items must be resealable and items must be free of cigarette or other odors, etc).  Books, Magazines and Patterns are NOT returnable, due to copyright issues.

If it is a cut-to-order piece, we charge a restocking fee of 10% because once it is cut, it is difficult to resell. On pre-packaged items, there may be no re-stocking fee, provided that the package is not opened.
