Shipping Rates/Returns
Shipping Policy : In most cases we ship your order within 24 hours.
You will receive confirmation of your order by e-mail and you will be contacted either by e-mail or by phone if any part of your order (other than a sale item) is not in stock.
All orders are shipped United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail or Priority International Mail. Delivery time to most US destinations is 2 to 3 days. Delivery time to most International Destinations is 6 to 10 days. You will receive an email from the USPS when your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates
Within the United States
- Orders between $0.01 and $20.00 - shipping will be $2.75
- Orders between $20.01 and $65.00 value - shipping will be $5.95
- Orders between $65.01 and $75.00 value - shipping will be $10.95
- Order of more than $85.00 value - shipping is free
Orders to Canada
- Orders less than $65.00 value - shipping will be $11.95
- Orders over $65.00 value - shipping will be $27.95
International Orders other than Canada
- Orders less than $65.00 value - shipping will be $14.95.
- Orders between $65.01 and $95.00 value- shipping will be $27.90 (we will send your shipment in two separate flat rate envelopes)
- Orders more than $95.00 value - shipping will be $45.50 (we will send your shipment in a flat rate box)
Destination Based Sales Tax
Effective July 1st 2008, we must charge destination based sales tax for packages shipped to Washington State addresses. If your order is not being shipped to Washington State then you won't pay sales tax. The sales tax shown on your invoice is based on a rate of (10%, you may request a refund if the sales tax in your city or county is at a lower rate.)
Returns Policy
We pride ourselves on our customer service and check our orders before shipping, however we will gladly refund or replace any incorrect or defective item. Please inspect your order upon receipt, as returns MUST be received within 30 days of the shipping date of your order.
Incorrect or Defective Item
If we have made a mistake in your order, or if you receive a defective item, we will gladly issue to you a full refund upon verification of the defect or mistake. If we ask you to return the item to us we will refund that shipping charge also.
Changed Your Mind?
If you receive something and decide you don't want it after all you may return it and we will credit you for the cost of the item (shipping not included), provided that you return it in the same condition in which you received it (fabric must NOT be washed or cut, packaged items must be resealable and items must be free of cigarette or other odors, etc). Books, Magazines and Patterns are NOT returnable, due to copyright issues. If it is a cut to order piece, we charge a restocking fee of 10% because once it is cut, it is difficult to resell. On pre packaged items, there may be no re stocking fee, provided that the package is not opened.Class Registration and Refunds Policy
Once you have paid for the class, a supply list will be sent to you in the mail. Class fees are refundable up to 5 days before the class is scheduled with some exceptions that are 30 days. See the class descriptions for details. After that time there are no refunds, sorry there are no exceptions to this policy. If the class does not meet minimum enrollment 5 (30) days before the class is scheduled then you will be notified and a refund will be issued to you.
