A Morris Tapestry

A Morris Tapestry reproduces the graceful patterns of William Morris
and his design partner John Henry Dearle. Their Morris & Company
created the design revolution known as Arts & Crafts style at the end
of the nineteenth century. Morris and Dearle’s printed fabrics were
often inspired by woven tapestry design, handcraft surviving from
centuries before the advent of factory-made cloth. The “Strawberry
Thief”, picturing a thrush stealing fruit from the garden,
was first designed as a tapestry and several of the
other prints originated as textured damask.

A Simpler Time

A Simpler Time by Holly Taylor for Moda Fabrics is a log cabin themed group.  It is brushed cotton with a soft hand.  The patterns include logging cabins and equipment, leaves, trees, texture and more.

A Stitch In Color

This simple, graphic group in bold colors is from Malka Dubrasky for Moda Fabrics.  The fabrics are inspired by hand dyed batiks and are great as accents in neutral colored projects, or all together for a bright artisan crafted color.

A Walk in the Woods

This fun children's collection looks like Red Riding Hood's adventures through the woods to grandmother's house.  Aneela Hoey created this collection for Moda fabrics in soft gray with red and blue accents.  It includes a little girl in a red cape, squirrels, birds, trees and fruit.  The collection also includes fun stripes and dots.

Antique Fair

Antique Fair is a soft floral collection from Blackbird Designs for Moda Fabrics.  You can use it a feature fabrics or to blend with other collection for beautiful warm projects.

Arnold'S Attic

The fabric collection Arnold's Attic from Moda Fabrics celebrates everybody who saves things and especially designer Barbara Brackman's penpal Arnold Hegy Savage and the swatches of fabric he sent her over the years. Arnold lives in an 1840 Ohio house that's been in his family for several generations. His mother, his aunt and his grandmothers were quilters and confirmed collectors.

Butterscotch and Rose

Butterscotch and Rose from Fig Tree Quilts for Moda is a mix of mouth watering colors such as Butterscotch, Chocolate and Buttercream mixed with fresh tones of Ruby and Frosting Rose finished off with the subtle additions of Tarragon and Sky. Inspired by the sights and smells of a recent autumn getaway in the little wine country town of Sonoma, California, Butterscotch & Rose is designer Joanna Figueroa's interpretation of her favorite season! The collection flowed directly from the mix of harvest leaves, gourmet bistros, walks in the woods, gorgeous tones of roses still blooming [after all this is California] and the scents of the beginnings of the wine harvest.

Central Park is a fun floral collection by Kate Spain for Moda Fabrics.  It includes bright colors and funky flowers.

Circa 1934

Circa 1934 from Cosmo Cricket for Moda Fabrics is inspired by the silver screen and Amelia Earhart.  The collection includes typewriter keys, numbers and vintage medallions.  These patterns feature a palette of rich red, worn yellow, antique white and sage green.

Close To My Heart

Close To My Hearty by Laundry Basket Quilts designer Edyta Sitar is a unique collection of batik and print fabrics. This Moda fabrics group includes large vintage looking florals as well as silhouette batiks.

Cross Weave Woven

Rouenneries

Rouenneries prints by French General's Kaari Meng for Moda Fabrics. Rouenneries were the cotton prints printed in Rouen, France during the mid-18th century. These designs are based on a collection of old prints from this era.

Rouenneries Deux

French general created this line reminiscent of rural life of France in the 18th and 19th centuries.  The collection is based off of their first collection, Rouenneries, and includes red florals, natural linen and faded cranberry colors.  This is perfect for French-inspired quilts or home projects.

Wild Rose is a soft line of fabric from Blackbird Designs for Moda Fabric.  It includes blues, green, reds, browns and gold in a variety of flower and vine patterns.

Wool Yardage

Wool Fabric by the yard from Moda Fabrics. The wool is a blend of 80% wool and 20% nylon. The wool fabric is 54 inches wide. Use the wool as is for backgrounds and clothing or wool felts beautifully. Expect about 25-30% shrinkage when felting.
